Whether you're doing Integrated Recovery work with me or not, you may find these additional resources helpful. The message boards are free blog sites where members share their BPD struggles and receive empathic peer support, encouragement and suggestions from each other. I haven't read the books listed below (except for Lawson's), but a few clients have found them useful. The songs are mostly 'oldies' you'll probably relate to, if you've had your world turned upside-down by a Borderline (or just listen to 'em for fun). Enjoy.
